Barack Obama's first statement since departing the White House might not please The viral sex videoDonald.
In a short, three paragraph missive issued by his spokesperson Kevin Lewis, Obama said he was "heartened" by the millions of Americans taking to the streets and social media to protest some of Trump's first actions since his inauguration.

It went on to reiterate the former president's call for citizen action in his final speech to the country, reminding that Obama spoke about "how all Americans have a responsibility to be the guardians of our democracy -- not just during an election but every day."
"Citizens exercising their Constitutional right to assemble, organize and have their voices heard by their elected officials is exactly what we expect to see when American values are at stake," it continued.

The short statement also addressed the notion that Trump's wildly unpopular executive order on immigration was a continuation of policy decisions made during the Obama administration. The seven Muslim-majority countries covered by Trump's order were initially flagged as "countries of concern" during Obama's tenure, but Trump's order sees limited restrictions expanded to a full-on ban.
"With regard to comparisons to President Obama's foreign policy decisions, as we've heard before, the President fundamentally disagrees with the notion of discriminating against individuals because of their faith or religion," it said.
Trump has had to look on as massive protests against multiple moves have erupted not just in the U.S. but in numerous other countries across the world.
