In some ways,Adult Movies | Adult Movies free | Adult Movies latest 2022 Microsoft’s Bing search engine can be a great tool – it’s got a great image search and video search, for example.
But if you like using the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser, and you’re Team Google through and through, here’s how you can take Bing off your browser.
SEE ALSO: Bing, yes that Bing, now has 100 million daily usersIf your default search on Chrome is Bing, you can always switch to Google easily.
Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner, then click “Settings”.
In the left-hand navigation, click “Search engines”.
Swap “Bing” for any other search engine you’d like to use.
You should also check “On startup,” which is also in the left-hand navigation. If the Bing homepage is there, click the three-dot menu there, then Remove.
You may also have Bing set as your default via an extension. If that’s the case, again, it should be easy to remove:
Go to the “three-dot” menu again, and click “More tools”, then “extensions.”
Click the switch under “Microsoft Bing Homepage & Search for Chrome” to turn it off.
Click Remove.
If you need to swap search engines in your Chrome app on your iPhone or Android, it’s also a simple process.
Click the three-dot menu, which is at the bottom of the screen.
Click “Settings” (You may have to swipe right to get to it)
Click “Search Engine”
Click Google or whichever engine you prefer.
Unsurprisingly, the Microsoft Edge browser’s default search engine at first is Microsoft Bing. But again, you’re a fan of Google (or DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, etc.). You can still swap out Bing for your favorite, though admittedly, Edge doesn’t make it as easy to do:
Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner, and click “Settings.”
In the left-hand navigation menu, click “Privacy, search and services.”
You then have to scroll all the way to the bottom and click “Address bar and search.”
On this page, you then have the option to switch search engines.
You can also remove Bing as a homepage upon startup:
Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner, and click settings.
In the left-hand navigation menu, click “Start, home and new tabs.”
Find Bing in the list under “Open these pages”, then click the three-dot menu and then “Delete.”
