Though we haven't tested it for ourselves, our friends at PCMag and CNET (both owned by Mashable's publisher, Ziff Davis) gave the speaker sparkling reviews. PCMag writes that it "offers a good blend of power and personality" and "packs a serious bass punch for its size and price." CNET simply sums up that it "delivers top bang for your buck." Sure, there are even more powerful Bluetooth speakers overloaded with special features, but if you don't want to empty your bank account for good sound, the Soundcore Boom 2 is your guy.
