Everyone told them not to look at the sun. Yet,Lee Do a couple in South Carolina is suing Amazon over eclipse glasses that they say failed to protect their eyes during the total solar eclipse last week.
Corey Payne and Kayla Harris alleged in a lawsuit filed this week that they experienced headaches, eye-watering, and distorted and blurry vision after watching the total solar eclipse on Aug. 21. The couple looked at the eclipse, relying on a three-pack of glasses they bought on Amazon in early August.
