This three-bed terrace houseon Ruthin Road in Blackheath, London, has one bathroom, one reception room, a garage, a 50ft garden. And, as a bonus, it comes with masses of foliage.A neighbour told the Evening Standardthat the property's former occupant had planted garden flora "quite a few years ago" and the house had been completely covered for a long time. According to Zoopla, the current average property value for houses on Ruthin Road is £970,700 ($1,254,606). And, given that the average property value in London is currently at £490,718, the house -- which will be sold by public auction on Tuesday -- is actually a pretty sweet deal.
