Sip that wine all you want,Secret Confessions (2025) Week 7 Highlights 40 Cersei, but as of Season 7, the true villain of Game of Thronesis clearly the undead Night King, who spent the last couple episodes breaking walls and taking dragons. With the big bad now marching across the Seven Kingdoms, it's worth pondering the army of the dead's master plan, beyond killing and turning every living soul in Westeros -- and Game of Thronesfans, as always, have their theories.

In the middle of the lake is the Isle of Faces, and it may hold the key to reviving the dead -- A.K.A. Nighty's entire squad.
In Westerosi history, the island in the center of the Gods Eye is where the Children of the Forest -- who created the White Walkers -- made a peace deal with humans many centuries ago. As the Reddit post notes, Gods Eye is most easily accessible from Eastwatch... How convenient.
[Everything] Night King path prediction from gameofthrones
This raises the equally intriguing question of what the Night King would dowith an army of the living. Would he still want to kill those who tried to fight back? You'd think, after waiting so long to travel south and revive the undead, he'd want a quiet, peaceful life. Maybe he and Bronn can retire together? Maybe the sudden surge of humanity will be a life-changing experience for everyone in Westeros and they'll finally agree to live in harmony.
Maybe a lot more people are going to get killed and zombified before any of this can happen.
